Plus, the host is always ready to assist and provide a warm welcome.
Some minor maintenance issues need to be addressed, such as rusty radiators and a few lights not working.

We loved the spaciousness and openness of the property, with a nice sitting room and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the station and the beach. Excellent location, just a short walk to the waterfront and the Lanes area with shops, bars, and restaurants. Spacious kitchen/dining area, great for group meals and drinks. - Beautifully decorated and well-designed interior.
Uncomfortable futons in the bedrooms, had to sleep on top of quilt to make it slightly better. Some maintenance issues like difficult window latches and loose kitchen tap.

This town house is fabulously furnished, with quirky and comfortable decor. It is also well equipped and in a perfect central location, just 15 minutes from the station and 2 minutes from the sea, shops, and bars. the i360 landmark nearby makes it easy to find your way back. there are plenty of board games and even loo roll provided.
Felt spoilt, no reason to complain.

Our stay at Central Regency Town House was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops just a minute's walk away. The house itself was beautifully furnished and had a fun and quirky decor. We loved the fact that there was a games cupboard and plenty of board games to keep us entertained. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom toiletries, towels, and bedding provided added a nice touch of convenience.
Although there were a few minor issues like a loose tap in the kitchen and some household repairs that needed attention, they did not significantly affect our overall experience.

Brilliant location with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Fun house decor and games cupboard. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom toiletries provided. Good amount of room for large groups. Friendly and welcoming host.

The house was in a perfect location, super modern and beautiful. The dining area was fantastic for our big group, and we spent a lot of time there. The owner was great at responding to our requests and the house was a good size for families. Despite a couple of minor cleanliness issues, the property was clean and tidy. The location was brilliant, with loads of bars, restaurants, and shops just a minute away. The house had fun decor, a games cupboard, and a fully equipped kitchen. The host, Charley, was a diamond and very friendly and welcoming. The spaces in the property were wide and open, and we loved the nice sitting room and bathroom. We had everything we needed in the kitchen.
